Kimchi, canned meat, chopped scallions (diced canned meat)

Fry mandu until golden brown, then remove and drain. Sauté garlic and chives with canned meat, then add kimchi and stir-fry until tender. Add rice, gochujang, and soy sauce. Stir well. Spread the rice, sprinkle with cheese, arrange the mandu, cover, and let the cheese melt.
