Preparation

Clean seafood and blanch it with ginger and shallots to remove the fishy odor, while mixing all liquid and powdered seasonings to make the spicy sauce mixture.

Sauté garlic to sear seafood with part of the sauce, then place dumplings on top of bok choy in the pan and pour the remaining sauce over them. Simmer until thickened.

Arrange the dumplings on a plate, top with seafood, and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds and spring onions.
