Ingredient list:

Wheat flour, sugar, shortening, dextrose, corn starch, leavening agents (500(ii), 341(i), 575), full cream milk powder, salt, maltodextrin, synthetic flavors (vanilla 0.15%, milk, butter), emulsifiers (475, 471, 433), natural color (101(iii)). Allergens: Contains wheat, milk.

User Manual:

Step 1: Add eggs (about 200 g) to cold water (700 ml) or milk (800 ml), whisk the mixture until fluffy.
Step 2: Add the pre-mixed powder (1 kg) to the mixture above and mix thoroughly by hand until homogenous.
Step 3: Place the pan on the stove and heat it (turn to low heat). Add butter (or oil) and spread evenly over the pan.
Step 4: Use a ladle to slowly pour the batter into the pan. Keep the ladle about a hand's span (20 cm) away so the batter flows into a nice round shape. Fry the pancake until bubbles appear on the surface and the top looks slightly dry, and the bottom is golden brown. Flip it over and fry until the top side is golden brown, then remove it.

Care instructions:
Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight. Use immediately after opening. Keep refrigerated at 0 - 10 ºC after opening.
