Preparation

Prepare vegetables (cabbage, mushrooms, onions), mix spicy sauce; soak rice cakes if needed

Processing

Pan-fry mandu until golden and crispy, then remove. Bring water + sauce to a boil, add rice cakes and cabbage and cook until tender; add noodles and mushrooms.

Present

Place mandu on top, sprinkle with green onions. Serve hot directly from the pan/hot pot.
