Wash chicken, chop; soak in saltwater for 10-15 minutes, then drain. Mix wet batter (all-purpose flour + cornstarch + tempura flour + seasonings + water) and dry batter separately.

Dip chicken in wet batter, then dry batter; fry twice (first time cooked through, second time crispy). Cook Yangnyeom sauce: heat sauces + seasonings until lightly thickened."
