Preparation

Diced salmon, shredded imitation crab; scallions, sliced cucumber. Mix rice with sesame oil + vinegar + salt; mix salmon + imitation crab with mayonnaise.

Processing

Press rice into a mold, cover with seaweed, add fish mixture on top. Bake in an air fryer at 170°C for ~8 minutes.

Present

Drizzle zig-zag mayonnaise, sprinkle with green onions. Serve with seaweed, kimchi, and cucumber.
