Prepare vegetables, mushrooms, and tofu; chop onions; arrange dipping ingredients (meat, beef balls, etc.).

Sauté minced garlic and kimchi; add ~1300ml water and sauce, bring to a boil to make the hot pot broth. Keep the broth boiling, add tofu and beef balls, then dip in meat, vegetables, and mushrooms.
