Microwave: no defrosting needed
Take about 250g and put it in a microwave-safe dish.
– Proceed with reheating, refer to the following parameters:
800 W / 4 minutes, 1000 W / 3 minutes 30 seconds
2. Use a frying pan, thaw completely:
– Take an appropriate portion for the family, thaw completely
