Preparation

Chop the tomatoes, mushrooms, sausage, fish cake, and tofu. Mix all the seasonings (hoisin sauce, garlic, sugar, chili, soy sauce) into a sauce mixture.

Processing

Place the kimchi and all the toppings into the pot. Pour in water, add the sauce, and bring to a boil. Add the noodles and cook until done.

Place cheese on top of noodles to melt and serve hot.
