Preparation
Chop shallots, garlic, and chili; mix the sauce ingredients (~100ml water + seasonings).

Steam mandu for 10–15 minutes until tender. Sauté garlic, onion, and chili until fragrant, add sauce and simmer; add cornstarch slurry, stirring until thickened.

Present
Arrange the mandu on a plate, drizzle with sauce, sprinkle with green onions, and serve hot.
