Preparation
Corn, carrots, onions, broccoli, prepped; cilantro, chopped

Processing
Boil 1-1.2L of water, simmer corn + carrots + onions for about 10 minutes, season. Add mandu and cook for ~5 minutes; add quail eggs and broccoli, cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Present
Ladle into a bowl, arrange vegetables and eggs around, and top with mandu. Sprinkle with cilantro, pepper, and serve hot.
