Kimchi Mandu Soup
Rich and spicy-sour kimchi hot pot, a harmonious blend of fermented kimchi, delicious mandu, and piping hot, authentic Korean broth.

Preparation
Chopped kimchi; enoki mushrooms trimmed, washed; bok choy separated; scallions chopped, white parts set aside.

Processing
Sauté chopped scallions until fragrant, then stir-fry kimchi until aromatic. Add approximately 800ml of water and seasonings, bring to a boil. Add mandu and mushrooms and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add bok choy and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Present
Spoon into a bowl, arrange mandu and vegetables on top. Sprinkle with scallions and pepper, and serve hot.
