HOW TO DO

Preparation
Soaked seaweed, washed and drained; tofu cut into cubes; shallots minced, scallions chopped

Processing
Sauté shallots and ground pork; add about 800ml of water, bring to a boil, and skim off any foam. Add seaweed and season; add tofu and simmer gently for about 2 minutes.

Present
Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with spring onions.
