User Manual:

+ Steam: Place the cakes in a steamer and steam for 8-10 minutes. Remove and enjoy.
+ Hot Pot: Place the cakes into the boiling hot pot broth for about 5-6 minutes to serve.
Pan-fry: Add enough oil (about 5-6 tablespoons) to a pan. When the oil is hot, add the dumplings and flip them evenly on all sides until golden brown. Frying time is about 6 minutes (for wontons); 9-10 minutes for other dim sum.
