AIR FRYER FRYING:
• Step 1: No need to defrost the product.
• Step 2: Preheat the air fryer to 180°C for 1-2 minutes.
• Step 3: Brush or coat evenly with 5 tablespoons of cooking oil (~20-25 g) onto 16 spring rolls and fry at 180°C for 12-15 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
DEEP-FRIED EGG
• Step 1: No need to defrost the product.
• Step 2: Deep-fry in bubbling oil (equivalent to 170°C – 172°C) for about 5-6 minutes until all sides are golden brown.
Step 3: Remove and drain the oil.
